Read-only JSON API
No key needed. Responses are JSON; errors return a non-2xx status with an error field. Please cache results rather than paging through everything repeatedly.

| GET /api/v1/topics | Every field and topic with review and question counts and the certainty distribution. |
| GET /api/v1/questions | Search questions. Parameters: p, i, c, o, q, topic, source, coe (repeatable), category, domain, cluster, versions=all, page. 50 per page. |
| GET /api/v1/reviews | Search reviews. Parameters: q, topic, source, tier, type, page. 25 per page. |
| GET /api/v1/reviews/{id} | One review with its questions, AMSTAR 2 items, included studies and overlaps. versions=all adds earlier versions. |
| GET /api/v1/trials | Search primary studies. Parameters: q, shared=1, extracted=1, review, page. 50 per page. |
| GET /api/v1/trials/{id} | One primary study with its trial PICO, results, including reviews and the outcomes it informs. Ids look like PMID:12345, percent encoded. |
| GET /api/v1/map | Dental caries evidence gap map cells with the full certainty distribution. |
